I, the undersigned, DO SOLEMNLY DECLARE THAT:
1. I have the legal authority to bind the consignor, and I am the Owner, or the authorized Agent of the Owner of the vehicle listed above being consigned to CanWest Auctions & Liquidation Inc. and agree to the seller terms of the Auction available on the Auction website.
2. I declare that the said vehicle(s) are not subject to any charge, lien, or encumbrance other than those disclosed in the section above.
3. I have listed the said vehicle(s) with the Auction located in the Province of Alberta, and I am providing this Declaration pursuant to the applicable laws of Alberta.
4. I declare that any Mandatory Declarations, as defined and required by the Auction’s Seller Terms, will be fully and accurately disclosed at the time of signing this agreement. I understand and agree that failing to make such declarations may result in penalties and/or costs assessed by the Auction and/or incurred by third parties.
5. I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing it has the same legal force and effect as if made under oath pursuant to the Canada Evidence Act.
