Estate Auction Buyer Information

Welcome to our Estate Auction! Please carefully review the following important information before participating:

Registration:

  • All buyers must register prior to the auction. Click the register button at the top of the page.

Buyer’s Premium:

  • A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final purchase price of each item along with the GST and a 3%  credit card fee.

Payment:

  • All purchases must be paid in full at the close of the auction.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card or e-Transfer.

Pickup Details:

  • Items can be picked up at the disclosed location on the day following the auction, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • Buyers must present proof of payment and a valid Driver’s License for identification.
  • No assistance for loading will be provided — please bring your own help and any necessary equipment.

Late Pickup Fees:

  • Items not picked up by 7:00 PM the day after the sale will incur a $40.00 transportation fee per item and a $25.00 daily storage fee per item.
  • Items not picked up within 7 days will be considered forfeited and resold to recover costs.

Shipping:

  • If you require shipping, arrangements must be made prior to the auction.
